1956, when the company commenced its production in
Coimbatore, India.
Ever since the company has set a bench mark in spinning fine and
superfine cotton yarn, in the highly demanding field. SAML as popularly
known, the company has proved itself in the test of time, over these
five decades the company has grown multifold. From a humble start of
5000 spindle, it now has an installed capacity of 42000 spindles.
